The cost of ongoing support will depend on your chosen package and your local currency. Please contact us for more information.

Essentially, we have three packages. Each package presents a set amount of working hours for a set price per month. These hours can then be used across the month for any work you need. From website updates to marketing assets and everything in between.

If you wish to cancel your package, you will need to provide 30 days notice.

Simply let us know if you’d like to upgrade or downgrade your package. This will be processed with immediate effect.

If you reach your hourly allocation cap for the month, you can either upgrade to the next package or choose to be charged for the additional hours at our usual rates.
