Workflow Process

No matter how big or small, every project follows the same workflow process, every single time. This allows us to systematically process each project in a way that is both digestable and efficient for everyone involved. Depending on the timeline and scope of the project, milestone meetings may form a part of the process so that we can stay connected and adapt if necessary.

  • All projects begin with a foundational online meeting to discuss project needs, requirements, possibilities and much more. The goal is to form an accurate landscape of the projects scope for quotation.

  • Based on the outcomes of the foundational meeting, we will create an official quote for the required work. Once the quote has been accepted, an invoice will be issued and a deposit payment will need to be cleared before we begin.

  • This is when we officially get to work. The scope of the project will determine the overall timeline from start to finish. For longer and more complicated projects, milestone meetings will be scheduled so that we can touch base with you to provide updates or make changes as required.

  • Once the project has been completed, the final materials will be delivered and handed over to you for final approval. If further or additional changes are required after delivery has been completed, these are open for discussion.

All websites are built on either Squarespace or Wix to ensure that you’re both comfortable and in control.

  • Additionally, we do offer custom web services such as domain registration, domain hosting, email setup and much more. Like all of our services, custom web services will first be openly discussed to understand the capability and scope of the project before quotation and commencement..

  • You benefit from reduced hourly rates when compared to our standard once-off projects. This provides your business with better value and fixed monthly costs, so that you can remain financially in control.

  • Get your projects and required work done even faster. Monthly support work is prioritised over standard once-off projects to make sure it is completed in record time.

  • We pre-book monthly support hours into our calendar ahead of time to make sure that we are always available and ready to take action when it’s needed.

  • We offer three flexible packages for monthly support services - Gold, Platinum and Diamond. These packages offer a set amount of hours every single month for a set price that can be used however you wish. Whether you’re wanting some website maintenance or needing new marketing material, you have complete control.

  • All monthly support packages come with a 30-day cancellation policy. No long-term contracts or risky commitments, just some basic notice ahead of time. This 30-day policy also applies to upgardes or downgrades for packages if you need to scale up or down depending on operations.
